We mourn the loss of our friends, neighbors and relatives who have passed. Our memories of life at the Lake are entertwined with our memories of those who shared their lives with us here.
It is with deep sadness that Franny’s family shares the news of his passing on 3 October 2023 in New York. Deeply loved and very sadly missed by his heartbroken parents Frank and Maureen, brothers Jim and Michael and sister Tríona, brother-in-law Fergal, sisters-in-law Jessica and Úna, nephews Aengus, Eimhin, Ruairí and Mícheál, nieces Grace, Róisín, Éilis, Ciara, Eimear and Iseult, uncles and aunts, cousins and his many friends in the US and at home.
Reposing at ‘Aras Naofa’ within the grounds of the Church of St. Oliver Plunkett, on Sunday, 15 October from 4:30 p.m. with Removal to the Church at 6:00 p.m. Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Franny on Monday, 16 October at 11 a.m. and following Mass he will be laid to rest in Rinville Cemetery.
